I haven’t played for the full 15 years, but I’ve been on and off since 2007. 🙂 Pretty crazy to think that this game is 15 years old nowadays though.
Here’s a nice little tune to help celebrate!
The classic version of WoW will be released soon (August 27th I believe it is), and yesterday we could finally pick 3 character names each.
This is what the queue looked like (~7100) to log into the game, not even 15 minutes after they made it available:
Two minutes earlier the queue was over 10k – and approx. 45 minutes estimated time to log in. Since people were only creating characters they weren’t logged on for that long I guess, so the queues went down quickly. 🙂
The Steam Summer Sale 2019 has just finished, and as a part of the whole thing there was a race you could join. Getting achievements and buying stuff got you points which you could use to boost your team.
The whole race-bit was very buggy, so I didn’t get to do much. At the end of the race, however, I got all the points I thought I’d never get – and got to use them on some nice backgrounds, chat icons, and I even got a nice discount on a game or two because of it.
Team Corgi finished 1st, Tortoise on 2nd, and Hare on 3rd. I was on the Corgi team. 😀
Heritage sets have been around for a while in World of Warcraft, but for the gnome race it was introduced in v8.2, which was released a few days ago.
I decided to just get the set asap since I like it so much, and here it is:
Finally the new expansion for Elder Scrolls Online is out. I’m still working on some old content so I won’t get to Elsweyr just yet, but I just got one map left and then I’m ready for the Season of the Dragons.
It seems ESO is more popular than ever. I’ve been in some really silly queues in the last few days. This one is the longest one so far though.
I upload replays to WoTreplays.eu every now and then. They can be downloaded and run in WoT, which of course requires you to have the game installed. You can also just follow the link below and see a bunch of details, and figure out how I did.
I don’t always upload replays with massive XP or kills or something like that, but sometimes there can be like a scene or a nice episode in the battle that I wanted to share. I will mention that in the description for the replay, and also here.
In this battle I was almost sure it was lost, but I managed to frag 3 tanks in a row and turned the table a bit. There was still two arty and a nasty IS tank left, so I was still in a pickle after my last teammate was destroyed.
Timer expired, however, so it was a victory for my team. Very lucky, since this map is really hard to defend in this mode with so much artillery on the enemy team.
See some details and/or download the replay from here: http://wotreplays.eu/site/3925644#stats
Finally I got a really nice battle with this tank. I’ve always considered the Jagdpanther to be my main tank ever since I purchased it a long time ago. Therefore, it’s nice to share a replay with a bunch of frags, medals and what not.
I started by camping southwest, but after a tiny while I saw two more camping there, and no one to spot the western side. So, I had to move and managed to give the enemies some serious trouble. I was too excited to hit the next to last tank – and I got a little cocky with the very last one… but it went well. 🙂
The replay can be downloaded from this link, and/or there are more details there as well:

Update 23.11.: I even got the Wot Replay Machine to make a video easily viewable on YouTube:
So, I have decided to maybe put most of my “news things” here on my website instead of having it spread out on social media platforms so much.
I will continue to post random pictures and stuff on both Facebook and Instagram I guess, but certain things will be mainly done here at korp.no.
One thing I will start posting here are gaming related posts. I’ve had a break from World of Tanks, but started playing it a bit a again a couple of weeks ago. I was lucky the conversion-to-free-xp-ratio was buffed during this time, so I converted what I had (and played a little bit) and now I have two more Tier 10 tanks.
These are the two new ones:
Here they are on the techtree, and it also shows my other Tier 10 tanks:
A while back I only needed two Tier 10s to complete the German techtree, but Wargaming did some changes so there are more tanks now. I’m back at needing two now though.
